EuroCom

EuroCom® es una abreviatura de EuroComprensión lo que significa Intercomprensión europea de las tres grandes familias de lenguas europeas: las eslavas, las románicas y las germánicas.

El concepto EuroCom tiene en si mismo dimensiones políticos, lingüísticos y didácticos que se condicionan entre ellos. Sin una elaboración de un sistema educativo adecuado, la didáctica no puede ser aplicada y no se consigue un multilingüismo europeo. La Comisión Europea aprobó en los años 1995 y 1997 dos declaraciones de intenciones respectivo al multilingüismo europeo lo cuál debería mostrar tres perspectivas:
  1. Una consideración diferenciada de las competencias y así el soporte del desarollo de un multilingüismo receptivo.
  2. La realización de una adquisición selectiva de unas partes de la competencia con la posibilidad de continuar.
  3. La aplicación cognitiva de las relaciónes familiares entre lenguas (entre otro por la investigación intercomprensiva románica).

2001: First International Congress on Eurocomprehension at university Fern-Uni Hagen 9.-10.11.01.
2000: EuroCom was the central theme during the 35. Linguistisches Kolloquium in Innsbruck (Austria) October 2000.
1999: Foundation of the Series Editiones EuroCom
1999: First Review edition dedicated exclusively to EuroCom in the Zeitschrift Grenzgänge (H 12).
1998: Foundation of the EuroCom Research Group in Hagen.
1998: Workshop at the university FernUni Hagen "Wege zur Mehrsprachigkeit im Fernstudium". Cooperation with the FernUni Hagen in the domain of multilingualism.
